• Valuators cannot now delete or modify images, except screen shots for valuation

• TEAM members can only see ALLOCATED, CURRENT and SUSPENDED, and not QUALITY (was taking up too much space)
• All users with more than 20 batches will now see this paged, paging filters not shown is less than 20 batches or items in a batch
• VAL ADMIN users can allocate batches for valuation to VALUATORS
• VAL ADMIN / VALUATORS can add SCREENSHOTS of valuation evidents web pages, and can also delete these
• VAL ADMIN can submit items fdor REVIEW/APPROVAL
• VALUATION percentage complete takes into account whether marked as heritage or non-heritage, and has value
